James & Leigh offers FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75! Standard shipping for purchases less than $50 is $5.

LOCAL CUSTOMERS: If you are local (we are located in Clinton,MS) and want to pick up your order, select "Local Pickup" at checkout to avoid shipping costs. Orders will take at least one business day to process for in store pickup. You can pick up your order next day in store. If you need it sooner, just give us a call at 601.910.7008. If this option is selected, purchases must be picked up in store. 

All online orders begin processing the same day or next business day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1-2 business days pending availability and verification of payment.

James & Leigh uses USPS for all shipping, which usually means ship time is 2 to 5 days (depending on location). James & Leigh will not ship any order until payment has been verified.

Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email regarding any issues with your order.

Please double-check the address you provide for shipping to make sure it is correct. James & Leigh is not responsible for shipping items to the wrong address, if the correct one was not provided.

Returns & Exchanges

Unaltered and unworn clothing with original tags, unaltered handbags with original packaging, and unworn and unaltered shoes with original packaging can be returned for store credit or exchange within 21 days of the receipt of purchase. NO CASH REFUNDS ARE GIVEN. All sale section items, basics, jewelry, accessories and gift cards are final sale. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of arrival to you to report the damage. 

To initiate a return via mail, please email hello@shopjamesandleigh.com within 21 days of the receipt of your purchase to let us know you'll be sending back your item(s). Fill out the return form included with your purchase, or download one here, and include it with your returned items. We cannot guarantee a return without an included return form. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned items.

We recommend that you insure and obtain tracking information for your returned item(s). We are not responsible for any merchandise that is lost, stolen or mishandled in the return process. James & Leigh will process returns within 2-3 days of receiving that returned items. Once we process your return, we will email you a code to apply the credit to your next order. 

Returns and exchanges for items purchased online can also be made in store. Bring your item(s) and the receipt or invoice that was included with your item(s) into the store to have your return/exchange processed.
